Join us in Downtown Lansing, September 19–22, for a weekend of culture, community, and celebration!

Saturday’s main festival takes place right in front of the Capitol Building, featuring 70+ vendors and food trucks, live music, luchador wrestling, and more.

All weekend long, Downtown comes alive with events, including a Wellness & Financial Empowerment Seminar, Latin Dance Class & Mixer, and a soulful Jazz Night—activating the corridor with energy, pride, and cultura.

sep 18 - pathways to wholeness (seminar)

Pathways to Wholeness is an inspiring evening designed to uplift mind, body, and future. Through dynamic speakers, real conversations, and community connection, this seminar explores holistic wellness—spanning mental health, financial growth, professional development, and cultural pride.

Whether you're navigating your next career step, building generational wealth, or prioritizing self-care, this is a space to be seen, supported, and empowered.

sep 19 - dance class & mixer

Meet us on the patio at Lansing Shuffle for our third annual Latin Dance Class & Mixer, featuring bachata and salsa lessons, a live DJ, and stunning views of the Grand River and city skyline.

sep 20 - taste of hispanic heritage (festival)

The heart of the weekend. Downtown Lansing transforms into a celebration of Latin American cultures with a free, family-friendly street festival stretching across the Capitol corridor.

Highlights include:

  • 70+ vendors and food trucks featuring Latin cuisine, artisan goods, crafts, and community organizations

  • Live performances spanning Tejano bands, Cuban jazz, DJs, and folkloric dance troupes

  • Luchador wrestling bringing high-flying energy and tradition to the streets

  • Interactive Kidz Zone with games, activities, and family programming

  • Liquor trailer for 21+ attendees

  • A crowd of thousands gathering in celebration, unity, and joy

sep 21 - latin jazz night

Close out the weekend with elegance and soul. Our final event is the 3 Annual Latin Jazz Night, featuring captivating blend of salsa, Latin jazz, and Afro-Caribbean rhythms.

Held on the scenic Lansing Shuffle patio, this evening offers a chance to unwind, connect, and reflect on a weekend full of movement, meaning, and community. Grab a drink, hit the dance floor, or simply enjoy the music under the open sky.
